Estimates, proposals and sample figures
Budget ranges, payment examples, timelines and project costs shown on this website are illustrative samples for a demonstration site. They are not quotes, offers or guarantees of price.
A binding price only exists in a written proposal issued after a measured survey of your actual room, signed by both parties. Work outside that written scope is priced in a signed change order before it begins.
Concealed conditions
Bathrooms hide their problems. Rot, failed waterproofing, undersized framing, non-compliant wiring and deteriorated supply lines are routinely discovered during demolition.
Where we find a concealed condition we stop, photograph it and issue a written change order describing the repair and its cost. Work on that repair begins only once you approve it.
Workmanship warranty
We warrant our installation workmanship for the period stated in your written proposal. Manufacturer warranties on tile, stone, cabinetry, glass and fixtures are passed through to you and collected in the care folder handed over at completion.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, from work performed by others, from failure to maintain sealant and grout, or from water entering the room through a source outside our scope.

Governing law
