Before anyone drives anywhere we talk about the room, the household and roughly what you want to spend. If we are not the right shop for the job we will say so on this call.

We measure everything, open an inspection hole where it is sensible, photograph what is behind the wall, and ask a lot of questions about how the room gets used.
