We never publish a street address, and we identify projects by neighbourhood only. If you would prefer your project not to be photographed or published at all, tell us at the pre-construction meeting and we will note it on the job file.
Contractor licensing and records
As a licensed contractor we are required to retain certain project records, including permits, inspection reports, change orders and warranty documentation. These records are kept for the period required by North Carolina law even if you ask us to delete your marketing preferences.
