Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design with keyboard navigation, screen readers, color contrast and reduced motion in mind.
Accessibility tools on this site
Use the accessibility button in the corner of every page to:
- Increase or decrease text size.
- Switch to high contrast or dark reading mode.
- Underline links, use a more readable font and increase text spacing.
- Pause animations, switch to grayscale and enlarge the cursor.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not be fully accessible. We are working with providers to improve this.
Accessible bathrooms
Accessibility matters to us in the rooms we build as well as on this website. We install concealed wall blocking for grab bars on every project where the walls are open, whether or not bars are wanted at the time, and we document its position for future contractors.
We are comfortable building to measurements supplied by an occupational therapist. If a recommendation conflicts with the structure of the house we will say so in writing rather than quietly building something different.
